1. Introduction
The video below from Promethean reveals the conspiracy behind the development and release of the COVID-19 virus during 2019-2020, beginning with the banning of gain-of-function research in the United States by President Obama in October 2014, and following through to the issuing of a pardon to Dr. Tony Fauci by President Biden in January 2025, going back to January 2014 and covering the period up to the installation of President Trump.
Why issue a Presidential Pardon to Fauci if he had done nothing wrong and had not been convicted up to that point of doing anything wrong? Obviously, he had done something terribly wrong during that period, namely illegally developed and managed the whole COVID-19 project, which resulted in millions of deaths around the world.

Once the gain-of-function research was banned in the IS in October 2014, it was then exported by Dr. Fauci, primarily to Wuhan, China, and also the Ukraine, though it was supported by more than 120 biolabs in 30 countries, including Australia. A detailed picture of what happened next, and outside of what US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revealed in her declassified document releases on 18 June 2026, can be gained from a viewing of the COVID-19 Timeline / Chronology developed by the present writer as of May 2020 and covering the period 1956 - with the spread of Asian Flu out of China - to the present day (2026). These documents also reveal how Fauci lied to the US Congress when questioned on matters related to his work and to COVID-19.

2. Prince Charles' "great opportunity"
When one sleeps with the enemy, one will be deceived by the enemy.....
Prince Charles, now King Charles, is seen as a rather harmless old hippie who likes to speak about gardening, environmental issues, Islam, and generally that is about it. But as King Charles and leader of the British Commonwealth, he is also a powerful figure on the world stage, even if he does not present to the public as that, hiding behind centuries of tradition and a class-based structure in Britain which somewhat anachronistically places him above all others and above media criticism. Fortunately social media has now forestalled the latter, with the present article an example of that. He is therefore rightly drawn into the COVID-19 issue and his related activities, or rather substantially lack thereof in the public sphere.
Barbara Boyd, in her Promethean video presented above, asks: "Why?" - why did they do it - Fauci, Obama, the US intelligence services, the World Economic Forum, etc., to name a few of the players. A clue is contained in Prince Charles's statement that the COVID-19 pandemic offered a "great opportunity to reset" the global economy and prioritize sustainable development [which] was the cornerstone of "The Great Reset" initiative launched in June 2020 by the World Economic Forum at its special pandemic meeting and the Prince's own ecologically-based Sustainable Markets Initiative (Pomeroy 2020, WEF 2020). He had previously spoken on this topic at the 50th anniversary meeting on 20 January 2020.
Prince Charles tells of golden opportunity for ‘Great Reset’ due to coronavirus, World Economic Forum - Special Pandemic Meeting / Royal Family Life, 4 June 2020, YouTube, duration: 5.15 minutes.
Transcript: These are unprecedented times. Every person on the planet has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. Our world came to a standstill and it became clear that we did not have the answer or the mechanisms to address such an unprecedented global threat. The threats posed by this dreadful pandemic came upon a suddenly with very little warning. The threat of climate change has been more gradual but it's devastating reality for many people and their livelihoods around the world and its ever greater potential to disrupt surpasses even that of COVID-19. If we look at the planet as if it were a patient we can see that our activities have been damaging her immune system and she's been struggling to function and thrive due to the strain we have put on her vital organs. To treat her we need to restore balance and protection back at the center of the circle and to achieve this we must act for health and well-being, understand nature's patterns and cycles, recognize the value of diversity, unity, and the interdependence of all living things, consider the importance of innovation and adaptation, and invest in nature-based solutions to help stimulate a more circular bio-economy that gives back to nature as much as we take from her. Now I could only hope that as this current crisis passes we are able to reflect on and shape that type of world we want for ourselves and for future generations. Unfortunately we so often forget that we are profoundly dependent on nature for our lives and livelihood. So how do we balance the need to rebuild economic prosperity, the need to get people back to work, against environmental concerns? Investing sustainably now can be a fast efficient and attractive way to reboot our economy. Therefore what should be the principles that don't allow the reshaping of a new and better global economic system? To seize this window of opportunity I believe we need to do five things. First of all, to create momentum for the great reset we need to capture the imagination and will of humanity. We will only change if we really want to change. Secondly, the global economic recovery must set us on a new trajectory of sustainable employment of livelihoods and economic growth. To achieve scale we must not be afraid to re-orientate our long-standing incentive structures which have been having such perverse effects on our planetary environment and on nature herself, if we are to reap the benefits afforded by a more sustainable world. Thirdly, we must redesign systems and pathways to advance Net Zero transitions globally and in this regard carbon pricing can form a critical pathway to genuinely sustainable markets. This reset moment is our opportunity to accelerate and align our efforts to create truly global momentum. Countries, industries, and businesses moving together can create efficiencies and common economies of scale that will allow us to leapfrog our collective progress and accelerate our transition. Hopefully we must reinvigorate science, technology and innovation. This crisis has shown the importance of investing in science, technology, innovation. We're on the verge of catalytic breakthroughs that will alter our view of what is possible and profitable within the framework of a sustainable future. And fifthly, we must rebalance investment. Accelerating sustainable investment could offer significant economic growth and employment opportunities including in green energy, the regeneration of nature and landscapes, circular bioeconomy, ecotourism and green public infrastructure. We have a unique but rapidly shrinking window of opportunity to learn lessons and reset ourselves on a more sustainable path. It is an opportunity we have never had before, or I may never have again, so we must use all the levers we have at our disposal, knowing that each and every one of us has a vital role to play.
Charles Windsor was delusional and completely out of touch at a times when millions were suffering and dying across the planet, whilst he sat there in his palace thinking about the great opportunity on offer due to the pandemic. But what exactly was he referring to? Was it his perception of an opportunity offered by the deaths of millions of people to produce a positive effect on the environment going forward? Obviously yes. But this was never stated. All that was said was in regards to environmental rhetoric about sustainable economic development as something to be jumped upon at that moment in time. A noble statement indeed, but also totally inappropriate under the circumstances. No wonder the audience answered his speech with enthusiastic applause. There was money to be made out of the pandemic, and not just by the pharmaceutical companies, but also by those who were prepared to gloss their economic activities in a veil of ecological and environmental language. Six years later we have seen the rollout of renewable energy, but the environmental costs have not always been positive. The release of free energy technologies to the world have been stalled. Why? Because they are free, and there is no - or only limited - profit to be made. Prince Charles was rightly criticized for his speech, and it remains a piece of waffle which reflects how weak he actually is on the international stage. Rather than speaking to the plight of those suffering due to COVID-19, he is talking about making money out of the pandemic. Did he know about the work of Fauci and others since at least a decade prior to develop and "accidentally" release a devastating virus upon the world? Who knows..... The present author basically supports the Prince Charles message. However, it does not stand alone, and to ignore the contemporary context at the expense of his personal interests, and without any public criticism by him, very much waters down his message and efforts. The response to COVID-19 is a good example of this.
